I have special interest in stress management, chronic pain management, digestive health, women’s health (e.g. fertility, menstrual pain, etc) and epigenetics.
I treat mainly with our foundational naturopathic modalities of nutrition, botanical medicine, Chinese medicine (herbs, acupuncture, cupping), physical medicine, and counselling.
