Come and join with your paddleboard, row boat, canoe or human powered pleasure craft for this fun Halloween inspired morning.
Life jackets or PFD and all safety requirements mandatory
Please ensure that your costume does not restrict your movement, ability to swim and stay buoyant should you happen to fall in the water.
This is an informal event. Please come at your own risk. Organizers will not be held liable.
Weather permitting.
