Join @kristynroseyoga every Thursday all summer long for an hour of transformational movement.

Location: Royal Bay Meadow Park Green
Date: Every Thursday, from June 20 to August 29 (*no class on July 4)
Time: 6-7pm (please arrive 10 minutes early)
What to bring: Yoga mat, water bottle, sun cover or protection, yoga props (if needed)
